What happened to the softness? We usually wouldn't buy anything else but thinking that if this is the new standard. The texture is was not soft. It feels more like the toilet paper you find in public restrooms.

I'm sadly done with this product! Cost more for less quality and quantity! I have to use twice as much, it's very thin, not soft and the price is disrespectful!!! Not going to get another penny from me!!!

It’s my Favorite toilet paper, but I hated paying shipping charge because Sams doesn’t carry in store. I felt that Sams was taking advantage. Very disappointed that Sams would do business this way.

I decided to try these because of the special price. They are an inch shorter then my normal toilet paper. You are not saving any money here! You are getting much less.

I switched to quilted northern because it was packaged in paper. Now you’ve gone to plastic wrap. Why? If another company begins to use appear wrapping, I will switch again.

This is a replacement product. The product sold before was 32 jumbo rolls 271 sheets per roll. Another example of less product for the same money and hope the customer doesn't notice the change.

Something has changed! This is horrible TP. It's thin and feels like sandpaper. Will not be buying anymore. Only gave it one star because there is no option to give none.

Lately it is like single ply and very rough , no longer soft and gentle. What has happened. ??? Maybe the 3 ply is better... if my friends want a single ply I would recommend it

I do realize you have to make your TP water soluble so as not to clog drain pipes, however I do have an issue with it desolving when I wipe leaving debris. I used to prefer your products. Not so true now.
