Quick delivery and good quality

From the reviews, I was worried about damage, but maybe it's in the way the carrier ships it. Mine came via Maersk fully boxed on a pallet. The entire piece, and the legs in particular, were well protected and supported by foam and a wood frame. Driver had a lift gate and pallet jack to get it to the porch. As packed, the box slid easily from the pallet onto a furniture dolly to bring it in the house and open it. No issues at all and no shipping damage. Hardest part was figuring out how to add the handle to the sliding door. You'll need to remove the bottom drawer, slide the door halfway, then feel for and lift the guide pins in the bottom of the door (they are spring loaded, see the instructions) so that it will swing out enough to get a screwdriver in to add the hardware. Overall, a nice piece and well put together for the price. Plus, got the bonus of a pallet to keep. Those are more useful to have around than you might think.

I'd bought this for my son who needed a new dresser. He loved the look of it. It holds every great but it is made very cheap! First one delivered had a broken leg. Sam's club was great about sending a replacement. Second one came and had a HUGE crack in it. Now waiting for a 3rd hoping nothing is wrong with this one.

Came in broken

Arrived broken. I made the mistake of not opening it immediately and finally when I did open it, one of it's legs are broken and it's too late to return.

This unit is top heavy, needs to be shipped on top! Nothing to support the legs that are being sheared off during transit the way its being shipped.
