I use it with Bombay Sapphire Gin and it makes a very good Martini which I call "Saltamontes" because of the bright green color.

I wanted to try this liquor since long time ago, but I haven’t bought it before because I couldn’t find a store where they sell Midori. This was not the original size that I planned to buy, I wanted a smaller one (375 mL)but this was the only size availabale in my local store (750 mL) I used it in a cocktail with pepermint liquor, but I was trying to taste this one alone too and the melon taste is really subtle...what is strong is the alcohol flavor, I felt a little dissapointed.
