[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is just what we needed. Our old one was freezing up and we couldn’t get the ice maker to work. Our new Samsung has 4 ice types, through the door and 2 in the freezer. We love it! The counter depth is still very spacious and sits flush with the cabinets making it have a sleek look in our kitchen. The fingerprint proof finish is amazing. It’s definitely doesn’t mark up and look all nasty like our old fridge. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. Now I want to get the stove and other appliances to match. The freezer space is a little less than we had before but we have another freezer in the garage so we are good with that. Also there is no light in the bottom freezer drawer but we don’t cook in the dark so that is not a problem either. Samsung has always been our go to. We have all Samsung appliances including washer and dryer and our last Samsung fridge was great as well except for the ice maker. I think we will stick with Samsung moving forward as well.

This fridge overall is pretty good, however it does have some flaws. The freezer is way too small, especially since the ice cube part takes up half of one drawer. It’s just not enough space if you are like me, trying to stock up on some things. The other issue I encountered was the app. Since the freezer is fairly small I tried to turn off the ice maker in the freezer. The cubed ice turned off just fine, but the Ice Bites did not. It kept on turning back on even though I turned it off. Quite a frustrating experience. I think I prefer old school control buttons over online apps.

Who designed the shelves on this thing? They are too short for a gallon of milk or even a half gallon of juice. Yes there is one shelf that part of it slides back so they can fit, but you lose shelf space because of it. With all of my heart and soul, I despise this refrigerator and regret the purchase. There is NOT enough fridge space.

This fridge is way too bulky on the outside, but it's so small on the inside you can barely fit anything. The ice makers in the freezer are the biggest problems and there isn't an easy solution. The door ice maker and water aren't the best either. The regular ice dispenser is very messy and ice flies everywhere when using it. It looks pretty on the outside, but there is nothing pretty about actually using the refrigerator. The fruit and vegetable drawers are very small and it has random shelves on the bottom of the doors that can't fit anything. Overall very disappointed with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised how spacious this counter depth refrigerator is! I owned a counter depth refrigerator in the past and it just didn't work out as it was too small right around 18-19 cubic feet. This Samsung French door, however, is 25 cubic feet, which is only 0.5 cubic smaller than the full size refrigerator that I am replacing! The extra 3-4 inches I gained between my refrigerator and the island in my kitchen is very pleasant and noticeable. The doors auto closes soft and nicely compared to my older refrigerator. I have yet to accidentally not close it all the way. But even if I did, this does come with an alarm that alerts if the doors have been left open for more than 2 minutes. The stainless steel finish is nice than expected and seems very fingerprint resistant and easy to clean. The doors are flat instead of a little rounded like my older unit, this makes it look nicer and more sleek. I was able to sync this refrigerator to my SmartThings app within a few minutes as I already have another appliance synced up before. Every works as it should perfectly, I can control the temperature and the app would even alert me if the doors are closed/open. The powerfreeze and powercool features are super useful during the initial installation as it shortened the time for the unit to get to the manufacture's suggested temps for the very first time. I would assume this feature will be very useful if the doors were left open for a long time while loading/unloading groceries. Overall very satisfied with the product as it arrived at a very good timing and works wonderfully well. Thank You!!!

There are 4 different types of ice cubes. There is so a large cheese drawer, which we love. There is a spot for a gallon of milk on the door that is super handy. would definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a new refrigerator. The installers were also great with the install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a new place and was looking for a counter-depth fridge. I love how much space I have in this one - I was worried that the double freezer drawers would lessen the amount of space available but I think it actually worked out better for me. My last French door fridge, I had trouble digging around the freezer to reach items at the bottom, but because of the double drawer system I'm able to stack items at a reasonable height and reach everything I need. There's a lot ice options, which will be perfect when I have guests over but when it's just our family, we remove the in-drawer ice function to free up some space - I love how versatile and customizable it is. Nice smart features and love the way the front doesn't leave fingerprints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received this fridge and love it already! It has a lot of space and different shelving sizes to accommodate larger drinks. I love the center drawer that pulls out so you can see everything in the drawer and not have to dig through it. The 4 different types of ice are so fun! It comes with a scoop for the smaller pieces in the middle drawer. Lots of room with this counter depth fridge and great lighting inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is very pleasant to look at. Not only that, but the looks match the the inside performance. One of the biggest issues we used to have was that the refrigerator would never cool evenly. We always had to shuffle things around to make sure certain items didn't get too cold or almost freeze in the refrigertor portion previously. Not with this. Everything cools evenly and we don't have anymore overly cold or warm spots. My favorite feature though has to be the Samsung Smart Things app. It tells me when the kids leave the the door open or when the water filter is needing to be changed. The last thing I want to mention is that despite being counter depth, this feels like it has the capacity of a full size refrigerator. Which is great since we don't have the space for a separate refrigerator anymore and are limited to just having one. Very pleased with the unit overall!
