[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it does what it is. supposed to and looks clean and modern...but, the buttons are not responsive as they should be. sometimes you need ti press them a few times before they respond. It is also too difficult to figure out how to melt/soften butter and a few other items. ut requires you to check the menu by opening the microwave door, instead go it being simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works very well is easy to install. It has atleast five different fan modes. The light is bright and it works with your Samsung app so you know if the microwave is doing its thing.

The design is modern and sleek, especially the matte black finish with the edge-to-edge glass display—it looks amazing in the kitchen. The performance is also great: it heats food evenly, runs quietly, and the controls are easy to use. However, the main downside is the ventilation system. The fan is not strong enough, and every time we cook (especially anything with smoke or strong odors), the smoke spreads throughout the house and even triggers the smoke alarm. For an over-the-range microwave, I expected much better ventilation performance. Aside from that, everything else works perfectly. If ventilation is important to you, this is something to consider. Otherwise, it’s a solid and stylish microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like all of the cooking options that the oven provides. It's really sleek. I thought the ambient lighting would stay on or there would be an on/off button. However, it only comes on when you are using the oven. It isn't very bright. But beware, you may need to purchase new pots and pans. Older sets do not work with the range. I do have one con: It takes a lot of pressing around the touchscreen to get the range to power on. It never works on the first try and it's kind of frustrating.
