Microwave only lasted a year. Was purchased from bestbuy about 15 months ago. It currently isn't turning on and warranty was only for 12 months. I've bought cheap Microwave from Walmart that has lasted me years. It's so frustrating paying so much for a Microwave only to have it last a year. I was such a samsung fan. All my appliances are samsung but I'm slowly starting to dislike the brand due to durability. Last year both me and my mom dryer stopped spinning. She switch to another brand i kept Samsung but this might be the straw that broke the camel's back.

The capacity is just right for the volume of food I put in it. I've had it about 6 months and it works great. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Bespoke has a 14" round rotating tray. The display is visible and easy to read. The outside stainless-steel finish matches my Samsung range. Inside the door is a cooking time guide for easy use. The ventilation works very well. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I do not recommend this Bespoke Microwave. The control panel, with the exception of the clock, DOES NOT LIGHT UP. It is difficult to see in daylight and impossible at night without the entire kitchen lights being on. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Samsung would do this. Unfortunately, the store I purchased from did not tell me this or I would not have purchased it.

Only things i don't like about this front look is that it leaves fingerprints when you open the door and would help at night if touch panel was backlit. Other than that a wonderful microwave to go along with all my other Samsung kitchen appliances.

The ventilation features are a plus! It comes with 4 flow strengths. The display is clear and the capacity accomodates large dishes. The WiFi functionality is a definite bonus. Love and recommend this product.

However, it does require frequent cleaning of fingerprints from the glass front, and it would benefit from having a second shelf.

The size is ideal for us, and the ventilation is powerful—by far the most powerful we've seen of any over-the-range microwave oven we've ever owned. The touchscreen display buttons are responsive and beautifully arranged. I LOVE the 30 second feature and the LED lights. It's a beauty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity = Sufficient Design = Nothing to rave about Display = OK but responsiveness can be improved Features = Excellent Smartthings integration and notifications Ventilation= On 4 and 3 fan is way too loud - disturbing to say the least Build = I know cost reduction is the new thing but building from paper thin and easy bendable (think light push) metal sheets is not stating quality products.

Great Microwave, it works as expected and it adds a nice look to your kitchen design. Me and the wife would highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke 2.1 cu ft stainless steel microwave. You won't be disappointed. It was a breeze to install as our old microwave was a Samsung and the wall bracket and the holes above were already universal to the new one.
