Good value and nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look really nice after install. The only thing I don't give 5 stars is the installation team. They are not professional at all. They walk into my house without taking off the shoes even I asked them too.

Mostly Positive Experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a few months ago. It included a mounting kit that made installation easy. It is easy to use, and the buttons are prominent enough to find without issue. The microwave is also able to be linked to your Alexa and Smart Things accounts for remote access. Only downside is that it is prone to fingerprints.

Digital Chaos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this Samsung microwave for about four months now. Initially, we noticed some heating inconsistencies—items weren’t warming up in the usual amount of time. Fortunately, that issue seemed to resolve on its own after a while. More recently, we’ve run into a new problem: the digital display has started acting up. It flashes randomly, starts and stops on its own, and seems to have a mind of its own. I’ve uploaded a video to show what’s happening. Overall, we’re somewhat satisfied with the microwave’s performance when it works properly, but it’s disappointing to be facing issues like this so soon. I’d really prefer not to go through the hassle of a replacement or repair this early on, but it’s likely going to be necessary. Cheers.

A Sleek, Modern Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old microwave was an eyesore, and the handle threatened to break with every use. The Samsung ME21DG6500MTAA has been a breath of fresh air. The sleek matte black steel finish and hidden handle are a massive upgrade in looks and functionality (no more broken handles!). But the beauty goes beyond skin deep. SmartThings integration is a game-changer for our family. Phone notifications for finished food mean no more wondering if my popcorn is on fire! Plus, when paired with a Samsung range, the vent and light will automatically turn on -- how convenient is that!? The large capacity easily handles large dishes, and the sensor cooking worked well for reheating leftovers. However, the buttons aren't illuminated at night, making late-night reheating a fumble in the dark. Ideally, Samsung would allow light control through voice assistants (I couldn't seem to get it working through Google Home or Alexa). Overall, this microwave is stylish, functional, and packed with smart features. While the lack of illuminated buttons is a bummer, the convenience of SmartThings and the spacious interior make it a strong product, that I am very happy with!

Great Microwave

Good with bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros, smooth & sleek front, super easy to clean the inside, automatic time setting when the power goes off. Cons: window is so high that I can't see in (I'm 5'6", so not short), presets are extremely limited. I hate that there's no preset for soup. Seriously? Why not? I used it on our previous microwave all the time to reheat soups. A lot of times I just end up using the +30 second button to reheat because the reheating settings don't work that great.

Beautiful design and nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice size to fit everything you would need or want in a microwave. Easy to install and flip the fans to exhaust upwards. Quiet and fast cooking with easy-to-use touch capacitive buttons. Helpful features using the Samsung app and can be connected to sync with Samsung stove to auto turn on fan when cooking with stove top. So far loving the microwave after owning for almost 8 months.

Terrible Durability - Very Frustrating

Bespoke 30 in. 2.1 cu. ft Over-the-Range Microwave Tuscan Stainless Steel not heating after 2 years. Of course out of warranty and cost to repair higher than replace. Replacement not available in same model to match other appliances purchased as a package. Poor durability and not worth the price. Very disappointing!

Don't ever buy Samsung appliances!

I have had this microwave for less than year. It has quit working three times. I'm going on 3 weeks this time without a working microwave because of an SE error. The part has not been shipped from Samsung. Samsung warranty service is horrific. There is zero communications. I took a day off of work for an appointment. No one showed up, so I called and they had made a different appointment. This happened twice. I bought two Samsung stoves and refrigerators 18 months ago and. I wish I could return them. Don't buy SAMSUNG appliances. I own rental properties and never have an issue with parts and repairs on other major brands, such as Whirlpool and GE.
