Extremely easy assembly of wheels and resting pads. Started on first pull ran it for a few hours with very small load. Tried both the L5-30R outlet and a 5-20R outlet. Neighbor commented on how quiet it was. My phone decibel meter app indicated it was around 78dB.

Bought this last December to prepare us for another freeze in Texas in case we have another brown out. We ended up using it when we went camping. We are happy with our purchase for the price it did what it need to do as much as the expensive ones. Highly recommended

This thing is great! Not loud at all, very fuel efficient, and powers everything I need! I'm running my fridge, a window unit, a box fan, and a tv plus the phone charger on this with no issue! Ran on a full tank for the full night when I tested it running everything I'll need of another hurricane decides to come through. Startup was super simple too and came to life with an easy pull! My partner cranked it too and she was amazed how easy and quick it was. It only has two outlets so you'll need to work on using one of the other outlets if you need more but I already had the 30amp attachment so I plugged it in and now I can use all 3600 watts I paid for! Thank you for a great device!

Purchased for back up power and use in remote area. Performance so far is outstanding! Easy to use right out of the box; quiet operation for a gas generator. Wheel kit would be a great investment as a convenience to safely moving the unit around. Looking forward to many years of use. Best Buy in my opinion that is available; with a trusted name to back it!

We bought this in case of emergencies. We only did a trial run at this point since thankfully we have not had to use it yet. But the size is great to move around. The style, design, and color are a nice touch. And it worked fine for operating several appliances and gadgets (staggered). We're thrilled with the purchase at this point.

Purchased to run refrigerator and freezer in my shop during power outages. The unit arrived 3 days after ordering. Upon arrival, the box was beat to pieces. The only thing holding the generator in the box was the packing straps. Box fell apart after I cut the packing straps. I was surprised to find the generator in good condition. No scratches, dents, or dings. However, there was oil smeared all over the unit. Apparently, whoever tested this thing at the factory didn't bother to clean up after themselves. Cleaned it up, put on the legs and wheels, filled with gas and oil. Started on first pull. Ran it for 30 minutes under a load of various tools. Seems to run fine. Solidly built. The real test will be hurricane season.

I bought this generator a week ago. After removed the unit out of the box and performed an initial inspection all around the machine. I found some damaged areas that may not related to shipping, as I heard many bad experiences from other review when they first open the box to check. I've attached some pictures for your review and hope someone will contact me for replacement part for the Air Cleaner Assembly cover. I don't know how to deal with bent frame and scratches on the bottom frame. I think these are considered minor but needed to be noted. I added oil then gas for a test run. Over all, the generator ran as expected. I would give it a 5 rating but a little disappointed on the quality control.

Thank you Westinghouse for building such a wonderful product. I have only had this product for one day however I have managed to put it thru its paces. First of all this gen is very quiet as compared to other open frame models. It started right up after adding oil and gas. I wanted to test it under load so I plugged in a air compressor that draws 12 amps. The gen responded with hardly any increase in sound. Next I wanted to test the breakers so I connected a second compressor. The second one was rated at 15 amps so it should trip the 20 amp breaker. It do so, as it was designed. I next unplugged the 12 amp compressor and let the one rated at 15 amp run. I stopped and started the compressor many times while observing the generator. The generator performed flawlessly. I did not test the 30 amp RV plugs but suspect that will work as designed. This Gen is wonderful and is priced far below its competition. The build quality is exceptional. Stop shopping, you will be very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this generator due to recurring power outages that allowed a basement sump pump to overflow, causing loss of items and worry. I'm glad to know I can keep the pump operating if this keeps happening. It's the perfect size and easy to operate.

Compact for easy storage, liked that pop-up handle folds out of the way. Very glad it came with the oil and easy assembly of a few small items( wheels and vibration pads). Started on the first pull! Great for back up power and for our RV. Very affordable.
