People don't read descriptions or disclaimers! I have a Windows operating system and the have used the download method for years. It does take a day or two to receive the download and will download with no issues. The purchase includes ONE state plus federal returns. If you have additional states you need to file with, be prepared to pay for the additional states. I've used the product for years and it's relatively the same each year, so my expectations were aligned with what the product offers.

It took a bit for the code to come to my email (I was a bit panicked). Super fast and easy download.

I have use Turbo Tax for years. LOVE the program . I do taxes for 5 people every year. The only issue is if you purchase from Sam's Club, it takes days to get the email with the product key. I waited over 2 days and did not get an email with the key code from the 3rd party software delivery people. Finally sent an email to the software delivery place and within an hour, I had an email with the key code. So it you are in a hurry, may want to purchase somewhere else. Would have given 5 stars if delivery wasn't so long.

TurboTax has historically been a good product. I am frustrated that the link to download doesn't get emailed right away. At this rate, I could've went to the store and purchased AND completed my taxes! This is ridiculous for downloaded software.

Apple Mac users beware of the new OS requirements for this year. I wasted my money on a product that will not work on my iMac desktop that is 9 years old, it worked just fine last year. Mac Operating Systems: macOS Monterey 12 or later (macOS Big Sur 11 not supported), Specific macOS: macOS Monterey 12, macOS Ventura 13, macOS Sonoma 14.

I purchased this through Sam's and was supposed to get an email with the download/code. I triple checked that the email was correct, which it was. I looked at the reviews and now I understand why.

DO NOT BUY FROM SAMS! The email does not go through and they don't allow a refund on the product so you end up purchasing from Amazon anyway. Save your money Product is great and always works just don't buy from Sam's

Day 3 of waiting for the download email. Product is great, but only if you actually receive it. This aggravation is not worth the $10 savings on the purchase price as compared to other retailers.

Scam, it will not accept the code so you have to pay for it through the site. It will not accept the code. Do Not buy this product. Go online through the site, much cheaper!

Ga state program software has a flaw in it re:interest earned on i-bonds. Called Intuit customer service. I was first told that I had to pay for "live help." i told them AGAIN that I was calling about the accuracy of GA state software. Then I was told that I needed tax help and then I was transferred to a non-staffed number that disconnected me. The phone system will also text you even though you've said "no," and you'll need to spell your first and last name at least four times for the system to get it correct (my first name is 3 letters!). Also the interface of the app is very clunky. H&R Block's program is much better. Thank you to Sam's for refunding my money, and yes, I'm going to pay more to use H&R Block this year.
