Makes a good back-up flour for making pizza. We usually use Pillsbury and Member's Mark preforms well.

I've been using Sam's bread flour aka high gluten flour for many years. I bake my own bread and this is less expensive and better quality than anything you will find at the grocery store.

Excellent flour. Will buy again.
