I used to like this bread, however, two things make it verboten now. The first thing was that the bread became often over cooked and hard. The second and final blow is that I am no longer willing and able to eat such unhealthy food. “Enriched flour”sounds healthy, but it is highly processed and contributes to blood sugar spikes. I so wish that Sam's Club would carry at least one healthy bread (other than the whole wheat sliced loaf). It's discouraging to see so many bread choices that are lacking nearly all of the essential natural nutrients.

Finding good bread at a fair price in Las Cruces has been difficult to put it mildly, especially since Kind Bread closed. Then I found this Member's Mark Cranberry Pecan Bread at, surprisingly, Sam's Club. This is truly great bread. I slice it and freeze and then enjoy for breakfast or snacks. My favorite is to toast it and top it with Member's Mark Smoked Salmon for a quick and delicious breakfast. I'm also one that reads and researches the ingredients of everything that I eat and this bread is as healthy as it is delicious!

This bread is delicious! Sam's Club, if you are reading this, please do not stop baking this bread at your clubs. I highly recommend this bread. Large loaf. Great for toast, sandwiches or eating by itself. So good! I slice and freeze it to make it last longer. Toasts great directly from frozen.

I would give it -5 stars if I could. It was very hard on the outside and flavorless on the inside.
