Delivered fast in a week. Just know to have a help to bring it in house as the delivery is bare basic of drop off in the garage. It is not a white glove service so if you are by yourself, make sure to get a help to unbox and bring in. Your doors need be at least 32" wide. Once unboxed and set in location, it is easy to attache the foot attachment. Now the massage review. It is wonderful! My wife and I use it daily. She said it helps her sleep well at night. Great buy. Thanks Sams for offering this at a great price. I didn't mind some heavy lifting work for lower price.

Just received my OS-4000CS and it's all that I expected. The comfort is much better than other chairs I've owned and the control unit is clear and easy to use. This chair hits the sweet spot between features and price.

overall, I LOVE this chair, but there are a couple of settings where the rollers pinch my tush The chair is wonderful, except that for a couple of the settings, the rollers tend to roll up and pinch my tush to the point where I jump as it hurts. I don't know if it is just that this chair just needs a slight adjustment, but because of this, I am going to return it. I will definitely be checking out another Osaki model in the future, but will need to wait to grab a great sale like I did on this one.
