I am very happy with the product. It was for my son in law, He started to travel for business. He loved it.

I was hoping for a less sturdy case since almost everything made in China won’t last you more than a couple of uses but this carryon seems well built. . For the price is amazing all the features it comes with. The pictures are true to real concept. It has a deep space and with packing cubes I’m sure it can fit a lot. The lock is good quality not flimsy like I expected. Let’s see if it survives my trip.

The quality and features are very nice. I didn't realize the expansion was on the top of the lid instead of the bottom base of the suitcase making clothes taller then the bottom depth of the suitcase. It had a nice outside zip around area for a laptop but the 2 front separate sideways zippered pockets weren't wide enough for a quart size liquid container and not much would fit in the them except maybe a cellphone or small items since they didn't expand. It would have been better to have one larger top zipper pocket for bigger items. The inside width area was about 13 inches so more narrow then other bags I had looked at. The shoe pouches on the top inside were okay but seemed wasteful. The zip pocket, above the shoe pouches, was narrow so didn't hold much. I had hoped it went the whole length of the lid underneath the shoe pouches. I decided to return the bag since I wanted more useful pockets and bigger inside packing area which is a shame because I loved the features such as the USB charging port and TSA locks plus the sturdiness of the lift up handles and wheels.

Purchased two and one handle didn’t want to click in place. It finally did but each time we had to struggle to make it stay. After our travel they held up pretty good!

I purchased a Brookstone Elswood Softside Spinner 21” Carry on because of the quality and reputation of the brand. When using it for the third time the zipper broke from the closed end causing it to separate all the way around as I zipped the zipper. I had to use a belt to keep my suitcase closed the rest of my trip. The zipper goes back together but stays separated at the beginning causing it to separate all the way around the bag. Brookstone does not support their product or their name. They sent me to a third party.

So, purchased the 21", but the actual measurement for the space the clothes would be in is 19". Disappointing and returning.
