My first set was the K.O. the truck (2003 f150 7700 series) loved them so much (lasted 110,000km). Mainly highway driving, light 4x4ing and hauling the truck camper (which weighed in at 2500lbs). Threw on the K.O.2 in the fall of 2016. Now that I have 20,000km on them I just did their second tire rotation, judging by the wear, I doubt I'll get more than 60,000 or 65,000. I'm not going to lie, not super impressed with the snowflake. As far as handling in the winter (Calgary, Canada), I haven't noticed a real difference between the K.O. and the K.O.2 They should have left them alone. Great tire, bad tread life.

Have them on a 2002 f250 diesel 4wd and love them. My truck has chewed up toyos in 20k, have 30k+ on these and have good tread life left tow a boat and haul often. Had original ko's before and went over 60k on them. Do well in snow and dirt, haven't gone in mud or sand so can't comment on that.

I have run these tires on wet streets, dry streets, mud and sandy beaches. They grip on everything and make very little noise at highway speed. I was concerned about wet roads but these tires have yet to break loose on puddles or flooded roads. They work well for me.

I've had my truck since 2006. Bought it with TA Ko 1's in 31's and replaced it with 2 sets of original ko's in 32". Each time I got over 55k with room to spare. It was time to replace the tires for a 3rd time and I went with the KO2 in 32". I currently have 22k miles on the tires and 5/32 tread depth left. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. If I was told when I purchased these tires that there no longer was a mileage warranty I would not have bought them . After years of buying a 50k tire what makes it ok to sell a 35k tire and not inform people better of the huge changes. I really hope I will be able to safely make it through snow season with these. They do drive a lot better in varying conditions Ill give you guys that. To the salesman who tried to say but they get better gas mileage ..... I drive 32" tires do you think I care about gas mileage? I dont think this compound change was what I wanted.

I've been running this tire since I turned 16 on all vehicles. Since the new design I have got less then 20,000 out of 3 different sets on a half ton tundra. Been running BFG A/Ts for about 30 yrs and now will be moving on. 3 sets under 20k miles on each. Highway with some dirt roads (country living) and one off road trip that took an hour (stock 2wd Tundra). So very disappointed. The rain traction is horrible. The scariest drive ever was home from the airport in the rain.

I had this tire in previous years in the KO's and recently KO2 in 35" & 37" on a Hummer H1 - H2 - H3 and recently 285/70/17 on a Toyota TRD Off-Road premium. I had this tire on my Hummer H2 for 87000 miles with off-roading (Rock-Crawling & Hunting) never had a flat with any of them. Excellent in all weather conditions; hence, for heavy snow we need snow-tires & for Ice we need Ice-Skates, no such a thing as Ice-Tires. This tire is very good on Freeways & City driving not noisy. I see a lot of people complaining about tread-wear; Bf Goodrich should mention that alignment is important and most tire wear comes from miss alignment, toe, caster & camber; which you might not be aware of. Hence, I highly recommend this tire. I have no affiliation in any shape or form with Bf Goodrich, this is just an honest review.

I tried General Grabber AT3's and Goodyear Wrangler Adventure AT w/Kevlar. Both vibrates horribly. Goodyear allowed me to return them after the warranty replacements were even worse. I've not been able to afford a set of KO2's until now but wow, I have been missing out. These things are quiet, ride silky smooth in at all speeds, and my fuel mileage has gone up almost 2 mpg since having them installed. No other changes. I'm confused by this because these tires actually weigh a couple of pounds more (each) than the Wranglers. But, I'll take it. I am hopeful with diligent rotations and alignment maintenance these things will last a long time on our 04 F250 SD.

Gave it 5 stars so more people would read this. The old T/A was best tire on the market. The new KO2 is made with softer rubber. Cuts the tread life in half. If its going on your daily driver you will get about 22,000 - 24,000 max tread life. The old T/A would get 45,000 to 50,000 or more....

I've had lots of good things to say as of today for this improved AT. Cupping issues on old tires even if ever so slight out of adj, this tire should resist. The ride is surprisingly quiet on road and off road holding the edges better with more grip on the outer edges. Lets face it, if it's an 80k mile tread life you want stay with road tires and don't worry about alignments as often. Or have a great riding excellent gripping tire for various trail conditions. Here comes Friday.

I purchased these tires because I, along with my brother and father, were very pleased with the original BF Goodrich A/Ts that we ran on multiple vehicles. I even talked two friends into getting sets of these after I purchased my KO2s. However, I am very disappointed at the wear. These tires have wore much faster than I anticipated. The very reason I spent the extra money on these tires was the extended life I expected.
