I've been eating and cooking white beans all my life. I wrongly assumed they were all the same. The Great White Northern and the Baby Limas taste the same. But the large limas do not. I bought them for the first time at Sam's. I cooked them exactly the same way that I normally cook white beans. They have a distinctive flavor that my family and I don't like at all.
