These sausages were very fatty. They didn’t perform in recipes designed for smoked sausage. I regret my purchase.

Absolutely disgusting! Tastes weird, smells bad, plus inside it is so soft that it resembles humus. We had to toss all into trash. Sams should reevaluate the quality of the ham and sausages they sell.

Developed green specks just days after opening. Garcia brand sausages is yet another company that has succumbed to adding trash ingredients, like SOY to their product. very disappointing. another childhood memory destroyed.
