So for reference I have awd but it snowed 12 inches overnight and many people were having a issues getting moving or turning and others having to abandon the vehicle where it sat in the snow but I had no issues (I did however use caution during stops and didn't have an opportunity to try and see how they handle abs kicking in but I'll update this when I do) also cannot tell if I've driven on ice as it doesn't kick out often so proceed with caution there

Bought these on the recommendation of Navy Exchange garage. Very happy with my purchase. These ride extremely well and road noise is minimal. Traveled to North Carolina on them several times. Will buy them for our Outback when they are replaced next month.

I replaced original GMC tires that had a great ride around town and on the highway. And I got 23mpg when I kept speed at 70. But If the road was older or broken the ride was terrible and noise outrageous. Because we travel, I needed to correct this. The new Firestones are quiet everywhere, but have changed our ride. We feel the road much more. Although quiet we feel any imperfections. We had our tire shop balance them at 200 miles. That helped but our overall ride around town isn't as smooth as it was. I'm wondering if I should have gotten a wider tire? The long highway drive this winter should be better.

Had tires about 1 month. I typically drive 56-60 miles/day on an average day. Husband noted early on the tires were quiet when driving the interstate highway. We have all wheel drive vehicle and wanted a tire that would work with snow. At times we get some decent sized drifts. Looking forward to seeing how this brand of ties with this vehicle handles the snow.

Just replaced my 35K+ Hancook factory issued tires {that were on the cusp} with 4 new Firestone Destination LE3s, and immediately could tell the difference in ride comfort & road noise. This is my 1st purchase of Firestone Destination tires for my Traverse. I have always purchased Firestone or Bridgestone for my vehicles. My previous tires were Bridgestone Alenza for which I had a replacement tire that was the Firestone Destination. The performance and life of the tires are what sold me and the sales promotions! Firestone makes a good tire that lasts and backs them! It all comes down to the customer service after that and find you a good store that sells the tires and won't try to talk you into more than whats needed! Tires are great... stores and their associates not so much all the time.

I have been a fan of the Destination Tire for years now due to its smooth ride, durability, comfort control, and overall safety, recently had this tire put on my daughters car also because it is time tested by me and I know its valuable quality and safety.

I purchased my 2004 Chevy Avalanche 8 years ago used. The previous owner had installed Firestone Destinations on the truck a year prior to selling it. The vehicle sits outside so I fully expected the tires to rot off the rims with loads of tread left because I don't really drive it that hard. To my amazement the tires were still would have just passed state inspection. The only reasons I replaced them is they were a little hard being 9 years old and my mechanic was concerned the traction in the snow would be sketchy. Awesome tires. Very pleased.

These tires are much improved from the Destination LE2. If your a fan of Firestone tires and are looking for a great tire, these are them. Quiet on the highway, great tread for when driving in wet conditions as well as on dry and in those hot summers in Texas.

Certainly not the most expensive tire you could buy. But absolutely the best you can buy for value , longevity, reliability and performance. I have purchased these a total of 5 times for our 2 vehicles over the 9 years. I can't think of single time these tires disappointed me. Great tires all around!
