When prepared with a somewhat fizzy liquid (like Clearly Canadian Water), it's easier to take. But I noticed after the third dose that my knees stopped crackling as much with each step I take.

I would give it a 5 for flavor if I could separate it like that. It goes down pretty easy. I'm unable to take supplements in pill form due to stomach upset. I can't say that I'm noticing a different in my joints though and I'm almost through the first bottle. I will continue to take it though and update if necessary.

I've only been using about 3 weeks. Sometimes I think it is helping with my knees but I think it just depends on how active I've been. I wish it was helping my back but I don't think there's anything that will help that. First time I tried it was in Sam's Club as a demo and I thought it was nasty and could taste it for a couple of hours afterward. I decided to try it based on reviews (I'm a glutton for trying anything to see if pain will lessen/diminish) so later ordered some. It's not bad tasting because it's kept in the refrigerator where the Sam's demo had been sitting out. If possible, after a few more weeks, I'll update my review if anything improves for sure.
