My wife gave me this for Christmas and it has never worked right and seems to be getting worse. I’ve used other keurig models and have never had these issues. First, it doesn’t brew the correct size cup. For example if I put in 12 oz of water, I might get a 4 oz cup of coffee. Where the extra water went, I have no idea. I’m guessing it just sits in the machine because a lot of times I’ll try to brew another cup to fill my mug the rest of the way and it ends up overflowing. Waste of kcups. Second, the newest problem is that it’s brewing cold coffee. Cold coffee isn’t exactly ideal on a January morning in Ohio. Third, on the rare occasion that it does brew correctly, it is so slow. 5+ minutes for a cup. Never seen a keurig be this slow. I really want to like this machine and I was excited to receive it but it just doesn’t work properly. I’m going to try to perform all the cleaning steps keurig has in the support section of the website and see if that helps but based on other reviews it just sounds like this machine has inherent issues. Would give 5 stars if the machine worked properly.

This is a great coffee maker for a small apartment or college residence hall room. Only add water as needed so the hard water does not build up. I love the color options and this product was very affordable. Would definitely recommend to the person who likes coffee but does not make it every day.

I bought this one year ago. It broke today. Coffee was leaking out of the corner of the Machine and spilled over my entire counter. I am so disappointed. I have bought Keurig products for years and have always found them to be quality that lasted. My last Keurig lasted 4 years and when I upgraded it still worked perfectly.

This machine has not worked well since I purchased it. I am planning on returning it. You put the water in, put the K-Cup in and press the brew button - Nothing Happens. I open the K-Cup Lid, press the button again, nothing happens. After I go through this routine about 4 times, it finally spits out a cup of coffee.

The Keurig K-Mini Plus is an excellent addition to Keurig's line of coffee-brewing products. Below, I have outlined my thoughts on the appliance. Pros: I really liked the compact size of this product (especially as someone who has very limited counter space and in a tiny apartment kitchen), the ease of brewing a cup of coffee, and the convenient compartment for K-Cup storage. I also found the coffee that the machine brewed to be rich and delicious. Because I like my coffee strong, I was happy to see that there was a button to brew stronger coffee! Cons: The only real complaint I have about this product is the noise that it makes and the amount of time it takes to brew a cup of coffee. It makes a fairly loud bubbling/gurgling noise while it brews; several traditional coffee makers that I have had in the past are much quieter. The machine also takes a while to brew a cup, and is really not that much faster than a traditional coffee maker (if you were to brew just one cup of coffee in it). That being said, these are small issues, and I think that the product has a good value overall. I received this as a complimentary product from Influenster.

I was so excited when I bought the mini for my office. I'm the only employee, so I literally make 1 cup of hot chocolate a day. However, since day 1, it is hit or miss if its actually going to brew anything. Sometimes the water just sits. Or it heats up, but turns off. I 'm on my 4th attempt, and its running, but nothing is brewing. This is very frustrating and annoying.

This is not a Instant Coffee Machine. It brews the coffee around 2 mins after the water is drawn into the brewer.. The machine shuts itself off after 90 seconds after the coffee has been dispensed into the coffee cup below. I have seen reviews that show folks constantly looking for coffee right after the water gets drawn into the K Mimi Brewer. THIS IS GREAT SPACE SAVING COFFEE BREWER THAT DOES IT'S JOB WELL!

Although I do not drink coffee, this Keurig is pretty convenient. I bought some of my favorite tea pods to try, and it was brewed for the perfect amount of time, with the option to brew it stronger. It's pretty easy to use, but you have to refill the water tank for each drink you make, unlike the larger versions which hold multiple drinks worth of coffee. I received my K-Mini Plus complimentary for testing purposes, and all opinions are my own.

I absolutely love this item!! coffee makers can be so bulky and crowding, but not the keurig mini. it’s perfect size for my countertop while maintaining a sleek look and performing well. It does take a little longer to heat up but nonetheless it makes coffee.

Brought myself an early Christmas present since my coffee maker died. Chose the K-Mini Plus and so glad I did. It is perfect in so many ways. The small size for my little apartment, and being able to make the size cup of coffee I want to is a big plus! Even to be able to use the K Cup Pods or my own ground coffee is fabulous! Don't know why I waited so long to get on the band wagon. I live in a Senior apartment building and it is nice to invite friends in for a cup of coffee and they can choose the kind they want, that's a special treat for them and me!
