I was excited to get this mattress. It's a Serta, had great reviews, and was a decent price. However, after sleeping on it for 2 nights my wife and I knew it wasn't going to work. Pros: -Kind-of comfortable if (a) you sleep alone, and (b) sleep in a certain position. Cons: - Not reduced motion transfer as stated in the description. My wife and I can feel each other's movements making for lousy sleep. - I'm a stomach sleeper, occasional side sleeper, and average weight but can feel the springs through the foam. - Not supportive for my wife either. Her back pain has gotten worse since sleeping on this mattress. - My wife and I roll to the other side when either of us gets into bed. As a result of all of these cons, I have been trying to return this mattress for almost 2 weeks. I called online support and they tell me to call the Serta team. I call the Serta team and they tell me to call online support. My store will do the return for me, but they can only offer me store credit since my first attempts at doing the return through online support have somehow locked my order on the stores side so they can't process the return to get the money back on my card (which would be the best option). I was also told to send the return via FedEx (a fully expanded queen size mattress). But they won't pick it up because I can't wrap it in anything that'll protect the mattress during transit. The mattress is delivered vacuum sealed in plastic so I can't put it back in the original packaging. I know mattresses can be subjective so this review may not mean much. Just be sure whatever you order from this website is what you want because the return process is awful.

My home is infested with fiberglass! The fiber glass was unleashed when I decided to remove the zip cover it came with. Now a $600 mattress is costing me thousands of dollars in damages as the fiber glass is on every surface of my home! My children who are 5 and 6 had been complaining of itching. With a flashlight I am able to see the shine of glass on everything! DO NOT PURCHASE

This bed is extremely cheaply made. The fabric covering the springs is so thin, I can grab them through it. The mattress is a hybrid, but when you lay on it, it feels like nothing but squishy, sinking,cheap memory foam. It's the kind of foam that is hard to roll over on because you feel like you've sunk down so much you have to roll out of a hole. I don't know what purpose the springs serve as there is no support of any kind in this bed. If you lie near the edge of the bed, you will sink in significantly more and that's saying something considering that when I lay on my back, my hips already sink at least two to three inches causing tremendous pressure on my back. I could go on about my back ache, and the crick in my neck this morning, and how I had to sleep on the couch, but I will spare you the details. Long story short, this mattress is terrible and will be returned. I called the "special" Sam's only number before purchasing this mattress and spoke to two different agents who knew practically nothing. That really should have been my first clue. This was my first time purchasing a Serta, and I can't see myself ever doing it again.

Mattress too soft, and bunches up, although specs indicates “Medium-Firm”. Support Foam gentle cushioning does NOT support enough firmness throughout the mattress, especially the ends. Per features “double row of firmer coils on both sides of the mattress to prevent sagging when you sit and roll off when you're asleep”… Disable mother rolled over and landed on floor!

So the product description states that the mattress is designed to work with any type of foundation. Then you open it up, and in bold letters the tag it states ‘This mattress is intended to be used without a foundation.' Would've went another way with my decision if I knew that.

I bought this mattress a year ago and it now leaves me with an achy back and hip every morning. I have always purchased my mattresses from Sam's, but this was such a disappointment. If you are looking for a firm mattress, this is NOT the mattress for you.

We have been using this mattress less than 30 days and are both waking with neck and back pain. In addition, we are already seeing indentations in the mattress. While the mattress is comfortable, it is just too soft and having indentations this early is scary for 2 years down the road.

I put this mattress on my bed 2 weeks ago and must say it is certainly cheaper made than my 15 year old Serra Perfect Sleeper which it replaced. The springs are only covered cheaply by one layer of fabric all the way around. When you sit on it the springs poke into the backs of your legs. The whole top of it is shifting out of place towards the side you're sleeping on .

We're newlyweds who have been sleeping on a free, gifted to us mattress and box spring for two years now until the box spring finally broke. For the past two nights I have been miserable, sleeping on the bed leaning at an angle and have had horrible back and neck pain. I just bought this bed earlier tonight at Sam's, and took it home and within about 2 minutes or less from unrolling it, it was fully inflated. I just made the bed and the comfort is immediate. It's so supportive and comfortable. I highly recommend. My pain is GONE!!
