Mattress is a good value. However, it is not firm as advertised. It is on the softer side of firm. Additionally, the top padding wrinkles badly after each use. It's not a very tight fit. You just have to stretch it back after use.

Within a week of sleeping on it, the top layer had separated and bunched up. What was originally a great deal and quite comfortable mattress quickly turned into a poorly designed product. We returned it.

I would say for a lighter person that sleeps completely flat this mattress may be okay but for someone that has to sleep elevated, a little on the larger side it just does not hold up. You can see from the picture that the complete casing bunches and is a pain to stretch back out.

Not as comfortable as we hoped. Reviews were favorable so we ordered. Mattress came in a box that was damaged and covered with dust. Plastic cover protected it but box raised concerns. We've had the mattress 3 weeks but haven't learned to like it. Serta and Sam's have a 130 day return policy which we may be invoking.

Very comfortable but worried about how well it will stay firm. showing signs of swaying in the middle I have a normal build and weigh less than 185.

The mattress was easy to setup. I expected the mattress to be somewhat firm but it turned out really soft. Also the edges collapse when I sit in the edge. I feel a mattress topper with good quality pocketed spring mattress would have been better.

The mattress arrived when expected. When unwrapped, it fluffed up almost to capacity. Within several hours at full capacity with no wrinkles in the corners. Very comfortable. I would say medium to firm is accurate.

Based on previous customers great reviews & the additional discounted price we decided to give this mattress a try. The package arrived by FedEx in great shape and was rolled up in a box size of only 17x17x48! After removing the mattress from packaging we only waited about 1 minute for the mattress to completely open up into the King Size Mattress we ordered. Surprisingly and to our delight, there was minimum odor (compared to other foam mattresses we've bought online) after unpacking, and we slept on it the very first night. We've now slept on the mattress for 3 weeks, and both of us are sleeping soundly and waking up completely refreshed. This mattress is a little on the firm side which is great for my bad back, but it's also very comfortable for my wife who typically sleeps on her side. When it comes time to replace the mattress in our guest room, this will be the mattress we buy.
