Comfortable but made bed looks messy

I was pleased with the serta mattress that we had purchased many years ago, so since it was time to be replaced I was happy to replace with the same brand. This one however came in a box and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it but the top cotton part bunches across bed and looks messy. I thought it was a defect so I returned it for another one. The second one is even worse.

Serra Mattress - Way Too Firm

We bought this mattress last year for our kid and it originally was pretty comfortable. Within a few weeks it firmed up and became incredibly firm. We ended up having to buy a foam mattress topper for it. We also bought another top end mattress for our bed. It's true what they say, ‘you get what you pay for' hope this helps.

It is normal for a mattress to get slightly softer once the mattress is in your home, hearing that it has gotten firmer does not sound like a normal function of the mattress. We recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim. They should be able to provide you with the instructions you need to do so. Feels too soft

This is supposed to be medium firm. Feels more like soft. But we will give it a few weeks and see how it goes. Hopeful that it will be okay. 🤷‍♀️

Do Not Buy! Sams Club will not honor the warranty

The mattress I purchased was fine initially. After about 16 months it began to hurt my back. I called the warranty number on the tag. I tried for 4 days through chat, email, and countless phone calls and Sams Club would not honor their warranty.
