Not for ADJUSTABLE Beds!

I bought this mattress because it was a Serta. I had not slept in a bed since i had back surgery in 2011 and was excited to sleep in one, Serta was always my go to so i thought ok. It stated it was for adjustable beds and if you like the Mattress pad on top BUNCHED up i suppose it is. Lying flat to pull the mattress topper out is ridiculous. I am disabled and this is not possible every time i go to get in. I would NOT RECOMMEND this for anyone in use with adjustable bed. Also, when you call their customer service line no one answers so while they tell you to call a certain number you just end up frustrated due to no response or pickup! I will never again buy this and after not sleeping in a bed for 12 years sleeping in a chair this mattress has made me rethink how wonderful my chair was and this is sad! WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO JUST SIT IN ANOTHER ROOM UNUSED! :'(

While it has been tested to be compatible with adjustable frames, we do recommend returning it to the flat position every time that it's not in use.
