The Queen mattress is heavier than expected, weighing approximate 54 lbs. It comes compressed and rolled up in plastic, so it's best to position it at desired location before cutting the plastic and unrolling it to let it expand. Once it's decompressed, it can't be compressed back. The uncompressed dimensions are 80" (L) x 60" (W) x 10" (H). The mattress is pretty firm and can be used without a foundation, but a foundation is recommended for stronger support.

The mattress is a good name brand it came in a good packaging and it unfolds and you need to give it at least a day to really get the mattress to the expected size that it needs to be without any wrinkles. This was a Queen and very good quality. It is a firm which I personally do not like firm but this mattress was good and comfortable just needs to adjust to my body a little bit I would recommend it to others just taking note that it is firm so make sure you get the right selected mattress that suits your body.

The mattress arrived in a box and rolled up very tight. At first I questioned that it was a queen, but after getting it off the box it was folded over and it is a queen. The mattress was easy to unwrap and once the plastic was removed it expanded to the correct size. It says firm, but it was very soft and comfortable as I was expecting it to be much harder. Not disappointed at all as I want something softer to replace the old mattress that felt like concrete. I am considering ordering another in a different size for another room. Highly recommend for easily delivery, set up, and comfort.

So this is the second type of mattress that I have gotten like this and love both (so do the kids). The first one I picked up was in my local Sam's (easy to get into my car due to the size of the box) and this one was shipped to me which is even better. There was pretty bad damage to the box (seen in the photo) but the mattress was perfectly fine. So very easy to unpack and move around before unwrapping it - was hesitate to buy at first due to being wrapped up like they are in the box. My daughter and myself think this is so much better than her old mattress since she is off to college and we use this room sometimes as a guest room. These are so much more reasonable priced compared to the mattress's in the mattress or large furniture stores. Super comfortable and will be buying more in the future along with recommending to anyone and everyone.

I got this mattress for my spare/grandkids bedroom. Unfortunately I ordered a queen and should've ordered a full. Nevertheless, we put it on the floor and my granddaughters spent the night on it. It was absolutely perfect for them. They said they slept just fine. I tried it the next night and I am a large woman. For me, the 10 inch mattress doesn't have enough substance. I would've ordered the 12 or 14 inch mattress for myself. It is a great mattress for what I need it for and as soon as I correct my mistake and get a proper base for it, it will be perfect.

I love a bed in a box! So much easier to get it home / shipped if you don’t own a truck. The box is heavy and is easier to get it to where you need with 2 people. The box has a handle to make it easier. I placed it on the bed frame before removing the plastic. It started to expand very quickly. The bed was expanded to 9” within minutes. It did rise to 91/2 by the next day. I did not notice any off putting odor. Bed is firm but comfortable.

This mattress is awesome! It is so very comfortable and we love it! We replaced our Master Bedroom mattress with this new mattress. We had no idea that this type of mattress could feel so great on our backs! The mattress is quite attractive and we love how easy it was to carry upstairs and set up! It was a breeze! We did follow the instructions and let it grow and air-out for a few days before bringing it upstairs. I would highly recommend this mattress!

I have been using an 18 inch mattress on the floor for a while now. I really thought it was comfortable and it was much better than my previous mattress. When I received this mattress at only 10 in. I was a little afraid to try it, thinking it wouldn't be good for my back and oh my! I do so love this one! Even though it is firm and feels really dense, I wake up rested and my back is doing great! I have never used a firm mattress before and now I can't imagine why. The only thing I don't like and will have to get used to is the fact that my pillow doesn't sink anymore, so I am down to one regular sized pillow instead of two. I do have a protector on it and I expected it to make me hot, but I have been extremely comfortable!

Mattress is very comfortable. It's firm but not hard. In my opinion a great mattress.

Good firm mattress. Helps with my lower back issues. There was a good deal in Sam's club, i decided to buy it and I am happy with this mattress.
