You will need two people to handle the box as it is 70 pounds. But once you open and prepare the mattress in three easy steps, there’s really nothing else to do except enjoy the comfort of the mattress. It’s the perfect combination of firm yet plush and it doesn’t trap heat, which living in Florida is very important.

we put the foam mattress in our spare bedroom and since we are having company next weekend ,decided to give it a test drive .I was amazingly comfortable for not having any springs and for a mattress that came in a box. it was a great sleep and very comfortable.the only drawback was getting up and out , you sank into the mattress and it was a bit difficult getting up and out of the mattress...

It’s both firm and soft. I’ve been looking to get a new mattress for a while and this one is a great value for the cost!

Very good quality and compact it’s good at first my husband loves it but it’s too firm for me. If you like stiff and firm it’s good for you but I like plush but it Durant hurt my back so that’s a plus

Adds the extra height and comfort we needed. My daughter needed her bed to be a little firmer and this has been wonderful. She hated sleeping in there and ended up on the couch most nights. She is loving it now.

So this is the second type of mattress that I have gotten like this and love both (so do the kids). The first one I picked up was in my local Sam's (easy to get into my car due to the size of the box) and this one was shipped to me which is even better. There was pretty bad damage to the box (seen in the photo) but the mattress was perfectly fine. So very easy to unpack and move around before unwrapping it - was hesitate to buy at first due to being wrapped up like they are in the box. My daughter and myself think this is so much better than her old mattress since she is off to college and we use this room sometimes as a guest room. These are so much more reasonable priced compared to the mattress's in the mattress or large furniture stores. Super comfortable and will be buying more in the future along with recommending to anyone and everyone.

The Queen mattress is heavier than expected, weighing approximate 54 lbs. It comes compressed and rolled up in plastic, so it's best to position it at desired location before cutting the plastic and unrolling it to let it expand. Once it's decompressed, it can't be compressed back. The uncompressed dimensions are 80" (L) x 60" (W) x 10" (H). The mattress is pretty firm and can be used without a foundation, but a foundation is recommended for stronger support.

I love a bed in a box! So much easier to get it home / shipped if you don’t own a truck. The box is heavy and is easier to get it to where you need with 2 people. The box has a handle to make it easier. I placed it on the bed frame before removing the plastic. It started to expand very quickly. The bed was expanded to 9” within minutes. It did rise to 91/2 by the next day. I did not notice any off putting odor. Bed is firm but comfortable.

I have been using an 18 inch mattress on the floor for a while now. I really thought it was comfortable and it was much better than my previous mattress. When I received this mattress at only 10 in. I was a little afraid to try it, thinking it wouldn't be good for my back and oh my! I do so love this one! Even though it is firm and feels really dense, I wake up rested and my back is doing great! I have never used a firm mattress before and now I can't imagine why. The only thing I don't like and will have to get used to is the fact that my pillow doesn't sink anymore, so I am down to one regular sized pillow instead of two. I do have a protector on it and I expected it to make me hot, but I have been extremely comfortable!

The mattress arrived in a box and rolled up very tight. At first I questioned that it was a queen, but after getting it off the box it was folded over and it is a queen. The mattress was easy to unwrap and once the plastic was removed it expanded to the correct size. It says firm, but it was very soft and comfortable as I was expecting it to be much harder. Not disappointed at all as I want something softer to replace the old mattress that felt like concrete. I am considering ordering another in a different size for another room. Highly recommend for easily delivery, set up, and comfort.
