Have had the pan 1 week and already scratch using on abrasive tools! I have had two additional pans before and the same thing happens. Charging direct.

Not feeling good

Great pan/wok, useful for anything. Replaces two Korean-made, less expensive - also useful but less robust versions of same. Continuing concerns re: health and non-stick chemistry. Hoping that a quality-centered company like All-Clad is paying attention on that score and working to ensure that the non-stick attributes of their products are not harmful to health.
