[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will preface this review by saying that I am not a fancy chef , but since I got this pan I’ve been cooking up a storm in my kitchen. My All clad HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Chef's Pan with lid is amazing! It cooks evenly and as much as I’ve used it , doesn’t stick to anything. It is very well made (albeit a little heavy ) but I don’t mind because I love it. I have already bought more All Clad pans because I was so impressed with the quality.

I bought this pan in June of 2021 and as of Jan 2023 I can no longer use it due to the non-stick flaking off into my food. I use primarily plastic/wood utensils with the exception of a risk for my roux's. As the title suggests, this was a great pan but does not work. Unfortunately, I would assume this falls under normal wear and tear...

Build quality is extremely high with the overall designs of each of these being very well balanced with smooth tapered edges and polished finishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bad boy about two or maybe three weeks ago maybe a month I don't know I'm bad with timing any who I like it alot it is very much so non stick and built well my only thing to a online buyer would be to say it's shaped more like a wok than a pan which I wasnt expecting but it is a very nice product

I purchased this pan a few months ago. I like the sides not being quite as tall or high as some pans. It heats very evenly. The lid is great, easy to clean and helps cook some items better by containing the heat to cook the other side of an item simultaneously.

I bought this because my new Thermador cooktop fried my non stick pans the first time I tried to use them. Burners are very hot and thin pans cannot stand up to them. These heavy duty pans can take the heat and are working beautifully. A professional non-stick for a professional cooktop.

My wife and I have avoided bacon for years. It makes such a mess on the stovetop it just never was worth it. Finally found the All Clad Hard Anodized Nonstick Chef's Pan. Cooked bacon today with the lid on, low heat that still cooks evenly, and enjoyed bacon and eggs with no stovetop cleanup needed. I've used the HA 8" frying pan for years. Cooking in it is a breeze. And, no, I have not scratched the surface. Having scratched virtually every other "Nonstick" pan I ever bought you eventually learn to use the right tools with it or better yet, just swirl the food in the pan and flip it as needed. All Clad's Hard Anodized is A-1 in my opinion. Love the Chef's Pan.

This chef pan with lid came with my 10 piece set. I used it last night for the first time to make chicken stir-fry with lots of veggies. I had delicious results. It was such a pleasure to use a new, good quality pan. The weight and finish both inside and out tells you it is a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pan just to have, as a large pan. It definitely works for that, but I also used it as a wok, for stir-fry. It worked so well! It got super hot and held tons of food! I'm so glad that I got this pan!

I have been looking for the past three years for a good, 12" skillet with a good lid that not only fits properly, but keeps the grease from getting all over my cook top. Well, I have found it and what can I say, it's All-Clad, and you know it's going to be top of the line. Lucky for me, I got it on sale! I'm convinced and will only buy All-Clad in the future I would definitely buy this skillet again!
