I am happy with the speaker. I do wish the battery life was longer. It seems that it dies quicker than I was anticipating. I also wish that the treble/bass/sound could be adjusted. I like how you can add more than one Bluetooth device at a time, I like the size of it and it produces decent sound but again just wish the treble/bass could be changed.

This was a Christmas gift to myself, I just opened it, almost a week after. It has great sound, and looks great. So far I'm impressed. I actually have a Bose wave radio with CD, which is about 15 years old, it still sounds good and works great. Last year I got Bose headphones, that I love.

I used to have the Soundlink Micro which was great and I love the portability, but the sound was lacking unless you were close. The Flex is so much better, the sound carries and the size is not that much bigger than the Micro. The only bad part is I took it to the beach and got sand in the unit and it would not all come out. Support was great and helped me out, but it's kind of disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at the sound quality produced by this small, portable, Bose Soundlink Flex Bluetooth Speaker. I have always wanted a Bose speaker because I've heard good things about their quality and sound, and this one did not disappoint! You download the Bose Connect app (which has in-depth information about the speaker and other Bose products) to your phone and connect to Bluetooth after first charging it with the included USB cord. Connecting to Bluetooth was very easy and the charge lasts for a long 12 hours. Once connected, it lets you know how much charge you have left before it needs recharged. It works like any other Bluetooth device and lets you receive and answer calls without problems and can connect to other Bose speakers for a surround sound effect. It is a very impressive durable, waterproof, and dustproof speaker that can be easily transported. But I was most impressed with the sound quality and the volume when used outside with family around a campfire. It can get really loud and the sound is still crystal clear. I felt like I was at an outdoor concert. My son was also able to easily sync his phone to the speaker. I highly recommend this speaker if you enjoy listening to music outdoors no matter whether you are at the beach, camping, or just barbecuing in your backyard. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and this one is worth the extra expense for the quality sound it produces. I love it!! I was able to purchase this speaker at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Honestly, I went with the Bose as I thought the sound quality would be amazing because everything I’ve heard about Bose is that their sound quality is second to none, but the sound out of this is just ok. It’s certainly nothing to write home about. Really not much different than some other brands out there that are a little cheaper. I was also pretty disappointed that it didn’t come with a carrying case.

We use two of these in a 20'x20' post and beam pavilion next to the swimming pool in an RV Resort. The speakers are incredible. They have terrific sound quality and are easy to pair. I would like to see Bose offer a way to mount these and or secure them in an open air structure like a pavilion.

These speakers have a good sound. The battery lasts a long time. The size is nice, sits easily almost anywhere. They don't come with full documentation, you have to go online and download it. They can be used without the app but I don't believe there is a way to adjust the tone manually without it.

I have this connect to my Samsung Galaxy Phone (S10) and the only way I can control the volume is using the volume control on my phone. The volume up and down on the speaker itself makes no changes to the volume. I also connected this to my home bluetooth transmitter (cover my entire house) and I cannot control the volume (it's low) and pressing volume up and down make no difference.

Beautiful sound with the excellent quality you'd expect from Bose. I purchased 2 for gifts and one for myself. My son and husband love theirs as well as I. Perfect for camping and going to the beach. We love that it's waterproof and easy to transport. Purchased in Black, Limited edition Red, and Blue.

Bought this and I can highly recommend! The sound is just amazing. It has such a nice base! Design is just on point with the smooth cover. Volume can get really loud and still has amazing sound! We use it inside & outside. Handling is super easy. Thank you very much! Would definitely buy it again!
