Finely grated without sticking together into clumps. Tastes good.

It's not like the authentic hard cheese cotija, but it's the closest i can get to atm, I'm content with it. Sad to see they don't have it rn.

It’s kind of a dry cheese with a really good flavor, I use it to bake some kind of pastry and works perfect!!
