A great value, like the cut. It fries up crispy in the pan and stays thick.

It has good flavor but is actually a little too thick. It takes a while to cook.

Not as good as Wright’s and no way to seal package up after opening.

I love these Members Mark Double smoke bake and I would be ordering them again

Wright still has them beat but this a great substitute
