The customer service I received was incredible. It was great to speak with a full team who were up-to-date on my situation and all equally helpful. I loved how personal the Windmill team's care was.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does not sit well in my window frame. I have old windows. I am pleased with how it cools, and it is quieter than other window units.

Easy and neat installation. No need for a cardboard deflector on my Windmill. I can sleep in peace and will replace my bigger noise maker next season.

This unit is perfect for my office (and cools my kitchen, as well!). My house is painted white, so the unit looks good from the outside, too! Customer service is prompt and courteous.

This is such an improvement and upgrade over other standard window air conditioners. Extremely easy to set up and looks nice in the window. The air flow angling up rather than straight out is the best feature in my opinion.

The AC itself is nice and works well, actually quiet. i was unable to get the Wi-Fi set up despite watching videos and looking at the support info which is really frustrating. I’d like to be able to get someone on the phone to help troubleshoot.

Love our new Windmill 8000 BTU AC. It was super easy to install, and the only window air conditioner, where the side vents were long enough for our extra wide window. It produces super strong cool air into our large master bedroom.
