The folks at Windmill promptly shipped my unit. The unit was packed very securely. It was the easy window AC I have ever installed. It was installed in a 700 sq ft area and cools it nicely and quietly. I would recommend the Windmill AC.

Hi…so the replacement 6000 btu unit arrived last week. I have just uninstalled the original purchase unit, and now have the replacement installed. All seems well at this moment.

The first AC unit I purchased did not work but the customer service team was so great and offered to send a replacement which is working so well! I love the look of the AC unit and it is keeping me cool in my studio apartment.
