I am astonished at the speed which Windmill’s customer service has responded to my concerns. It’s really up there and a huge plus as I consider customer services as part of the overall product.

Amazing, really aesthetic, easy to install, powerful cooling effect and love that we can control settings on our phones. Only thing is it can be a tad bit noisy on high cool, but that’s like all the ACs I’ve ever owned.

The 8k whisper tech is exactly as advertised. Easy to install, quietest ac we own, and very clean looking in the window. My only hope is that you start making through the wall units before my old one goes to the great beyond.

Im stil waiting for the item and im sure its going to be good. These are just replacment cosmetic panels which are a great addition. So just waitng on the carrier to ship it

So quiet, a friend asked me where I hid my central AC unit outside. Nearly as quiet as the “cooling” Dyson tower fan/purifiers I have in the house. Perfect hot summer cooling solution in my 1800s home. Please make a heat/AC combo unit!

My last AC was so loud, so I bought Windmill because Wirecutter named it as the quietest AC (plus many other superlatives). It is so quiet! Also super easy to install. Very happy with my purchase.
