We had some issues with our Windmill AC unit, but the customer service team was quick and easy to communicate with. They were super quick to send out a replacement unit and all is good now!

The customer service is EXTREMELY responsive. The unit I first received did not work but the team was right on top of it and I received a new one and a little consideration for my trouble. The unit is very quiet and works great.

Love the aesthetic, eco friendlier refrigerant, and mobile interface. I wish I could set default settings. It's annoying to have to toggle back to auto fan every time I turn it on, especially when that's the setting it was on when I turned it off

I had a air conditioner that did not work when I received it. They have done everything in their power to make this right. They have awesome customer service.

Bought the windmill AC with whisper tech and it does not whisper. It’s very loud as it turns on and on eco mode. The installation foam does not work at all as it’s too thin and the app is also very buggy

The unit was so easy to install!! I was nervous about having to figure it out but the instructions are straightforward and I didn’t need to worry. Having the app is such a life saver, especially during the current heat wave.

So far I am so happy with my Windmill AC’s! I purchase two units and they are great. Easy to install, quiet for a bedroom or living room…not to mention they look so attractive for a window AC. Would 100% recommend!
