I’m very happy with all aspects of my Windmill air conditioner: easy to install, cools well, very quiet, and the air does not blow directly at you. Also, looks great.

Lightweight - I carried it myself up a 4 story walk up. So much lighter than my previous A/C unit. Sleek - so modern looking and compact, not imposing and ugly like older units. Very easy to install without the usual mess.

Easy to setup, functions well, and I love features like turning the AC on and off from my phone. Also, easy on the eyes! Two people have commented that they've never seen an AC Unit so nice looking :)

The windmill isn’t significantly more quiet than a normal ac. It makes lots of noise!! Also, it doesn’t cool rooms down as much as a normal ac. While the design of the product is great, I would lie if I didn’t say that I’m a bit disappointed.

Very nice unit! Easy to install & quiet, I purchased the extra cover that was easy to snap on and it's beautiful. I love that you no longer have to have a big, ugly box in your window. I also like that the filters are very easy to replace.
