We had some issues with our Windmill AC unit, but the customer service team was quick and easy to communicate with. They were super quick to send out a replacement unit and all is good now!

We have three Windmill AC in our home. They pretty much keep the entire house cool, even though those extreme heat days in the US Northeast in July. All without hurting our electric bill. We’re very pleased.

Very easy to install, ready to go right out of the box, and works like a charm. I have it installed in a room that's slightly too large for it, but it still does an excellent job of cooling the room down. Excellent product!

these panels make me wonder why no one else has incorporated them into their line. You don't get that outside light coming thru and they are so simple to do.

Because I am almost 80 I had my handy man install the air conditioner. So I can not tell you if it was easy to install. But is pretty quiet and look very nice and easy to control with the remote control.

The Whisper Tech 8,000 btu ac really IS as quiet as advertised! Cools quickly and ECO mode works great. Installation was easy. Our ac parts packet was missing the security angle bracket, but we had one on hand to replace it with. Nice looking, too.
