Love it! Quiet, effective, better looking from any player out there. Love that I can control it from afar, getting the house nice and cool before getting home. I chose the small size which is perfect for my studio apartment. Affordable and yet high quality.

This was purchased to replace an almost 20 year old a/c unit that followed us from three prior apartments (RIP!) that in the end was so loud and took hours to cool the room down. The Windmill installed so quickly and easily, is incredibly quiet, looks great, and the room cools down so fast now. The app is a bonus. What's not to LOVE?!

My 6,000 BTU Windmill A/C was replaced by Windmill even though it was a couple of months out of warranty. It had an E2 error that, even though the unit blew plenty of cold air, I could only control it with the remote or Android app. Customer service was helpful in walking me through the troubleshooting process and when I was unable to clear the code, the said they would send a new unit. It arrived in a couple of days. THAT IS GOOD COMPANY SUPPORT. And while I was disappointed that the unit threw a code at all, I was thrilled at the positive company response. You won't get that with LG or GE. Nope.

I'm impressed with the power of this unit. It replaced a very no-name department store air conditioner of supposedly similar power, but this new one is a beast. I live in a very small, old, one storey home, so we just use two window units to cool the place. It's noticeably more comfortable and quieter than the old unit. I am actually able to set the thermostat on it to 74 instead of 68.

We had a brand new windmill 10000 btu ac unit that suddenly stopped working and windmill staff tried to help us get the. Unit to work without success. They then got all of our information and sent new unit immediately., which was fantastic. The total time involved until we had the new unit was 1 week. Thanks David

I chose the Windmill 12k BTU over a cheaper, different brand 12k because of the direction of the airflow, and it's awesome and so worth it. It cools the room effectively without it being a jetstream of cold air in one direction (my window is nearly behind my couch, so past ACs have directed the blast at the back of my head). The first unit arrived and had a strange rattle in it, but we installed it anyway. Within a day it froze over with an inch of ice all over the insides. Contacted customer service and they responded super fast-- walked us through a few questions and quickly determined it was likely a damaged unit. Warrantee claim initiated, and a new unit arrived within a week. Honestly I couldn't believe how excellent the customer service was. If I need another unit for another room in my house, I'm going with Windmill because I know if any issues arise they will be taken care of promptly and efficiently. My only gripe is I wish there was a little more control within the app-- if set to "cool" the unit seems to keep cooling even as the room temp drops below the set value. It would be nice if it powered off and back on later, but maybe it switches to fan only and that's enough? It could be nice to link it with a different thermostat reading too, as it's interpretation of what temp the room is at seems a bit off when on eco or sitting idle. I imagine these things might get dialed in with some software updates. I'm also a big fan of actual buttons on the unit. If I can't find my phone I can still turn it on and choose settings and temps without any difficulty. All in all, love you guys. Great product, great company. Keep it up!

Purchased this for my niece who is pregnant for the summer. Her older air conditioner would pretty much do roast or titanic cold. They love the Windmill one! It is quiet and with the filter makes the air smell nice and clean! And now they are able to control the temperature WAY more efficiently.

This is the 3rd purchase of your A/C and I must say that the main reason for purchasing them is because of their quietness and they are quiet. I like the idea of having them connected to my phone it makes it easier to turn them off or on or adjust them without having to physically go to each room. As a bonus they do look a lot nicer than our other ones that where replaced .

Absolutely love the large 10,000 BTU Windmill. Quick setup, easy to install, sleek modern design, and feels like central air and a cool breeze on the first floor of our home. Best decision we ever made to upgrade from an old air conditioner that just blew air into one room. The upward motion of the fan cools 2-3 rooms for us!

I am absolutely in LOVE with my Windmill AC unit. It has comepletelt transformed the look of my living area and I absolutely will be purchasing a second unit. The wait cools the room is also SO much better than traditional units as it comes out the top not directly at you!
