I am absolutely in LOVE with my Windmill AC unit. It has comepletelt transformed the look of my living area and I absolutely will be purchasing a second unit. The wait cools the room is also SO much better than traditional units as it comes out the top not directly at you!

Saw this elegant, quiet AC at a friends house. Ordered two, one small and one big. The small one was noisy. Sent a recording to customer service. Maggie responded that it didn't sound right so she sent a new one without me even asking for it. The new one came, and it is as quiet as it should be. Couldn't ask for more.

I was very pleased with the low decibels and quality of this product and bought 2 for each floor of the house. My husband and I were laughing that we should have installed it after 4th of July because the formerly loud air conditioners we owned were at least good for one thing which was preventing our dogs from hearing fireworks. Two notes of improvement for the designers 1) The buttons to select speeds, modes, etc are so tiny that my husband couldn't read them and said "It's ok, I'll memorize what's where". This is not ideal for a lot of people with eyesight limits (especially considering you may be adjusting the product in low-light) and motor skill issues. 2) The A/C itself weighed so much more when inside the box that we were unprepared to carry it indoors upon delivery. Perhaps a warning on the weight of the box when it's delivered. Once it's outside the box, it's more managable with 2 people to lift.

I love my Windmills, they are the perfect air conditioner for smaller rooms such as my study, where the air doesn't blow directly on my desk and me--and also ideal for bedrooms, since they are--and I am so looking forward to my new super quiet Windmill--quiet, well insulated, and maintain an even temperature thanks to their excellent thermostatic controls. The low profile and pleasant cover are also an asset--also in situations where the machine can be seen from outdoors, the grille is more like a nice garden fence than an a.c. exterior. Congratulations to this extension of a family tradition in the air conditioning business. And also thanks for the charming covers. Last but not least, the customer service is exceptional.

I am amazed and in love with my windmill. Theresa ECO setting is perfect for my needs, and the phone app makes it easy to turn off when I leave for work and turn back on a couple of hours before I come home. No more blasting the tv to hear over the old clunky one that used to live in my window. Clean lines, a sleek design, and great functionality make it an outstanding purchase. The customer service went out of their way to be helpful and they came through for me with flying colors. Shipping from Fed Ex left a lot to be desired as the driver dropped the unit from his truck onto the driveway. I filed a complaint with them. I would recommend being home to accept the delivery, and watching or directing the driver to handle it with care and keep it “this side up”

To be extremely honest the entire process from ordering, shipping to installing was so effortless. I added the Windmill AC to help my 3 year old AC cool my apartment. The unit is so quiet and it works like a central air unit when set to a certain temp and with the air coming out of the top at the 45 degree angle it gets the entire room cool as soon as it turns on. I am also able to turn the unit on from work so my apartment is cool when I get home from work. I have the ability to not waste energy cooling my apartment when I am not at home. My older AC is either on or off. The install kit was very easy to read and understand. I am really impressed!! I will be purchasing another unit in the future!!

In love! Cools up my small room so fast and the wifi capability is amazing. Easy installation. The design is so minimalist and non-clunky. The fit is perfect as well. Took me no more than 10 minutes - had friends come over and they bought their own because they were so amazed at the compactness but huge punch of air. It’s also very good at blowing just the right amount of air which you can control. Love it!

I am in love with this AC. I got the 10,000 BTU whisper tech for my bedroom and I love it. It was so easy to install and I love the way it looks compared to traditional air conditioners. My bedroom stays icy cold now! And it’s not so loud that I can’t sleep. I love being able to use the app to turn it on before I get home so by the time I get there the room is cold. And using my phone as the remote I don’t even have to get up to adjust anything ! I know where I’ll be all summer!

Though I was thoroughly pleased with my windmill AC unfortunately I had a situation and the unit wasn't operating correctly. Frankly, I was concerned that the only way to communicate with customer service was through email, but my concerns were eased when they responded quickly. After working with me to try to correct the problem they decided that the unit should be replaced and had a replacement shipped within 2 business days. Their customer service team is superior to any other company I have ever had to deal with! I am now, again, enjoying the comfort my ac provides.

I am sooooo glad my friend recommended the Windmill AC unit! I waited 2 years to put one in my living room because I didn't want something ugly in my window that would also block the sun. Enter Windmill. It not only is unobtrusive, actually looks good, the plexiglass lets the light in but the best part is that it is so very quiet! Oh and yes it cools great too! Love it!
