I’ve had three windmill ac s so far and have been blown away by the customer service. If I’ve had the a problem, the response is within hours, not days and they have bent over backwards to fix it. Thanks Windmill!

The AC saved me money this year which was already great but it started to make an odd noise and I was sent a new one no questions asked. Just really great customer service all around.

We ordered an A/C unit for a window in our apartment. It arrived as scheduled. It was easy to install and set up. We are enjoying the cool apartment since. We also found that one of our cats likes to sleep in front of it...

Quick delivery. Heavy, needs two people to carry up stairs and to install BUT instructions were so clear and easy to follow. Looks great in the room. Most importantly, it cools!!Definitely recommend and would buy again.

The first air conditioner we purchased had some issues but with customer service's help we were able to get a replacement. this air conditioner is so quiet and cools the room quickly. I would highly recommend!

Got the recommendation from my neighbors to get a Windmill AC. I purchased the 8 btu unit and so far it has been great cooling down a couple of rooms in my house. It runs quieter than many window AC units as well. Happy so far.Tad S

I love how clean it looks installed. Cools like a champ. It's not to loud. Very impressive product.
