The thoughtfulness of the design and installation process was fantastic! Little things like them including a pair of nice siccors was impressive.We had a problem with our unit's fan rattling and after working with customer service (who were great) and sending them videos they replaced it with no problems.My only complaint was that they should allow for larger video sizes. 10 MB is way too small to capture the issue.

The a/c unit was easy to install by a trusty friend. I waited to write this until we had hot weather. It works beautifully. I really like that it doesn’t blow cold air right at us, but angles up. We do also use a ceiling fan in that room, but could do without it and the unit would still keep us comfortable.

Recently had trouble with my 8000 icing up. Contacted Windmill service and they were very helpful. Gave me some ideas to try to fix the problem., none worked. They decided to replace my unit even though it was out of warranty. Cannot say enough good things about this company and its products.

This AC is such a huge upgrade from our regular window units. Not only does it look so much more appealing from both the outside and inside, it's way less noisy and the app is so helpful. We love it because when we are away we can control the air in our home to make sure our pets aren't TOO cold or TOO hot. Couldn't help but get one for each floor!

I love it I had like three ac’ s now I got one great windmill ac that keeps the downstairs cool and I got one upstairs that keeps the upstairs nice and cool I appreciate the great work u did designing it and how much it works well keeping the house cool keep up the great work at windmill thanks

I love this AC, it cools my whole downstairs very quickly and is so quiet. Easy to install and more sleek looking than other ACs. I had an issue with my AC at first that it was making a weird noise and they were extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the issue.

12k unit has had no issues cooling my entire apartment with the support of fans. The app has functioned flawlessly and the installation was a breeze. It took roughly 16hr to reach the furthest points away from the unit but 71-74 ° F has been maintained in 80-95 ° F outside temps. Thanks for ending this Michigan heat wave, maybe I don’t need central Air after all! WeOne star less only because the packaging was obviously an AC unit that could be spotted from a distance away.

The customer service of this company is amazing. Sometimes. You take chances with smaller companies. And I’m so glad I took the chance with them. My room is ice cold and it’s amazingly quiet. I have the whispertech and it makes its promise. Any questions you have. They get back to you right away. Like. Right away. Maybe an hour response time. I love the product. I love the service. We had a windmill air conditioner we bought a year ago . We installed it this year and had a problem with the unit. I contacted the support team at Windmill. Maggie was very helpful thru the whole process. We tested the unit in several different ways.To no success so they replaced the unit. This air conditioner is heavy ( for me ) but mighty. Pretty quiet and worth the cash. Controlled with top panel, remote control and Bluetooth! This is in my bedroom which face West. Total afternoon sun and it is blazing in that bedroom. Controlled from my phone, I switch it on 45 mins before I go upstairs. Room is very comfortable and cool, my dog is waiting to get in and relax in the lovely breeze. Me too!!!
