The customer service of this company is amazing. Sometimes. You take chances with smaller companies. And I’m so glad I took the chance with them. My room is ice cold and it’s amazingly quiet. I have the whispertech and it makes its promise. Any questions you have. They get back to you right away. Like. Right away. Maybe an hour response time. I love the product. I love the service. You will not regret your purchase. Thank you guys and gals at windmill. Keep it going

The design of the WindMill air conditioner is advanced , leading to a quiet- running, highly effective system. The visual presentation is also very nice .It is a very reliable system - highly recommend.Customer Service is wonderful be it for setting up the AC out of the box or getting replacement air filters- thank you

Have been living with small ACs for a while in a little bedroom. I love that the lights fade and it has an app (game changer on my walk home from work). Otherwise works really well and cools consistently. Very happy so far. Will update if things change

I bought an AC last summer. It was working fine for the summer. It was getting hot in Spring 2025. I started up the unit and it was making weird sound and stopped working. The unit made noise, so I knew the compressor was working but no fan noise. I contacted Windmill customer service. They had me go through a few tests on the unit and they told me that the unit is defective. They shipped a replacement immediately and I received it within a week.That was June 2025. Now it is mid Aug, 2025 and it is going well. We had very hot July in Chicago area. I am happy with how Windmill CS helped me out.

I love it I had like three ac’ s now I got one great windmill ac that keeps the downstairs cool and I got one upstairs that keeps the upstairs nice and cool I appreciate the great work u did designing it and how much it works well keeping the house cool keep up the great work at windmill thanks

We had a windmill air conditioner we bought a year ago . We installed it this year and had a problem with the unit. I contacted the support team at Windmill. Maggie was very helpful thru the whole process. We tested the unit in several different ways.To no success so they replaced the unit. The support team at Windmill were very professional and very helpful and they back their products 100%. They are a Great Company to work with. Thank you to Maggie and the support Team. Mike P.

We ordered 2 units and one came making a weird noise the other wasn’t making so we reached out to customer service about the noise and after doing some trouble shooting it was determined we needed a new unit. They were speedy at replacing the unit at no extra cost to us. We will certainly be back for any future needs we may have!

The thoughtfulness of the design and installation process was fantastic! Little things like them including a pair of nice siccors was impressive.We had a problem with our unit's fan rattling and after working with customer service (who were great) and sending them videos they replaced it with no problems.My only complaint was that they should allow for larger video sizes. 10 MB is way too small to capture the issue.

Purchased one from Best Buy. It’s didn’t work and due Best Buy’s ridiculous return policy I had to contact the Windmill consumer service. Excellent customer service and they took care of everything. Sent out a new unit and I couldn’t be happier. Purchased another unit for my house. Great product and super easy installation .

I had an issue with my original purchase and one day the device stopped working on me. It just started blowing hot air during a heat wave. The product was only purchased less than a year and I was very disappointed. Out of all days, it stopped working during a heat wave. Nevertheless, as I reached out to windmill customer support they were able to expedite and resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for resolving my issue and saving me from this summer heat.
