I have a small art studio about 100 yards through the woods from my home. I rarely went there during the summer days because it was such a pain to go out, turn on the A/C, and then go back to the house and wait for the studio to cool down. Now I can do everything remotely. What a GREAT solution! The installation was easy (except for part where we had to carry it along a wooded path for 100 yards ... HEAVY!). Cooling is efficient and quiet. I'm so glad I made this investment in my artistic life!

We got this for our primary bedroom since it is so expensive to cool our entire home through central air for one room. We love the look of Windmill units compared to other window based options. It’s super effective, and cools the room really quickly while also being quiet. Installation was also very easy! Would absolutely recommend!

i bought two 8,000 BTU units for my apt (which is about 650 square feet) and they work so well! i have one in the living room and one in my bedroom, and it is MORE than enough to the point that i only run one at a time. installation was so easy. highly recommended.

After thoroughly researching AC units I decided to purchase a Windmill 10,000 BTU whisper tech. I am more than satisfied with the unit. Not only is it quiet, powerful and quickly cools my large home, it is aesthetically pleasing and easy to install and navigate. While 1 unit was enough, I ended up buying a second unit. Had to contact customer service for minor issues and they were quick, understanding, responsive and quickly and surprisingly corrected my issue above what my expectations were. Highly recommended this AC!

I love this AC, it cools my whole downstairs very quickly and is so quiet. Easy to install and more sleek looking than other ACs. I had an issue with my AC at first that it was making a weird noise and they were extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the issue.

When I first turned it on, I wasn't even sure it was on! The compressor makes a tiny bit of noise when it first comes on for 4-5 seconds, and then after that I can barely hear it. It cools the room much more quickly than my old unit. After that, I can use the Eco mode to maintain the temperature. I was able to install the app with no issues.

We ordered 2 10k btu quiet units for our home and received them quickly. Unfortunately one of the units did not work properly. An email sent to the support team was responded to in a few hours, troubleshooting services suggested, and when that did not resolve the problem a new unit was shipped out to us quickly. It’s always frustrating to get a product that’s not working properly, but a great company sets itself apart by making a resolution quick and painless. Very satisfied with our purchase and will add a few more units to our 1525sft home in the coming season. Compliments to the design team and the customer service team.

I bought one of the small units for a bedroom we use as a television and entertainment room. It cools the room perfectly and is quiet enough for us to enjoy television in the same room. So I purchased a second unit for our master bedroom to replace an older floor standing unit, and it has been a better solution for us in that room too. Great little AC, easy to install and easy to control from app on phone.

I had an issue with my original purchase and one day the device stopped working on me. It just started blowing hot air during a heat wave. The product was only purchased less than a year and I was very disappointed. Out of all days, it stopped working during a heat wave. Nevertheless, as I reached out to windmill customer support they were able to expedite and resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for resolving my issue and saving me from this summer heat.

This AC is such a huge upgrade from our regular window units. Not only does it look so much more appealing from both the outside and inside, it's way less noisy and the app is so helpful. We love it because when we are away we can control the air in our home to make sure our pets aren't TOO cold or TOO hot. Couldn't help but get one for each floor!
