I bought 4 window units and am very happy with the purchase.They are less heavy, nicer looking and quiet in comparison to any of the other brands I have purchased. I highly recommend Windmill. Pleasant and helpful customer service as well.

Love my windwill. I've had 3 other window units before this one and it's truly the best. Super quiet and cools down my room quickly. I work overnight so sleeping during the day, it's usually hotter, this AC has been a life/sleep saver.

We had a windmill air conditioner we bought a year ago . We installed it this year and had a problem with the unit. I contacted the support team at Windmill. Maggie was very helpful thru the whole process. We tested the unit in several different ways.To no success so they replaced the unit. We had originally ordered two Windmill 8,000 BTU units and one was great but the other rattled and was quite noisy. We were disappointed since one of the selling points of Windmill is that they are quieter than most. Customer service worked with us to trouble shoot but nothing helped. They then sent us a second unit in a very timely manner, and with no hassle. I would recommend this product and company to anyone without reservation!!

Recently had trouble with my 8000 icing up. Contacted Windmill service and they were very helpful. Gave me some ideas to try to fix the problem., none worked. They decided to replace my unit even though it was out of warranty. Cannot say enough good things about this company and its products.

This AC is such a huge upgrade from our regular window units. Not only does it look so much more appealing from both the outside and inside, it's way less noisy and the app is so helpful. We love it because when we are away we can control the air in our home to make sure our pets aren't TOO cold or TOO hot. Couldn't help but get one for each floor!

My air conditioner gets more compliments than I do! It is the most aesthetically pleasing AC you’ll ever find. And, if you’re in it for more than just looks, the performance is excellent! Everything from how the AC is packaged (so thoughtfully) to the installation (so easy) to the functionality (so versatile with WiFi) is A-plus. Can’t recommend Windmill highly enough!
