Company was great with supplying replacement parts due to a squirrel incident. Great air conditioner - quiet and stylish and I like that the air blows up and around instead of directly on you.

It is all true. Easy to install, everything you need is in the box, instructions are clear, looks great, cools efficiently and is very, very quiet. Had a tiny issue and customer service was exceptional.

Bought the smallest Windmill unit to fit into our small windows, fit like a glove in the minimum size requirements, fills the room with quiet cold. My wife now wants to replace all our AC units with Windmills.

Our AC unit came just in time for summer! Not only does it look great but it has been excellent at quickly cooling down our apartment and love the ability to control it from the app.
