Bought and paid for tires on Feb 7, went to have tires put on Feb 10, 5 minutes later was paged to come to tire center and was told they wouldn’t/couldn’t put tires on because they were a raised log nuts would break off, and that the tire balance would not work because of bends in rims? I was not happy, but said OK give me my keys and left. Was assuming they canceled order and refused money, 3 days later went back up to SAMS and was told they didn’t do the refund. It took 3 times for the employee to try and give refund, each time having to call supervisor, after 3rd time supervisor said move over and he performed the function for refund. I’m assuming I wouldn’t have gotten refund until I saw it on my credit card bill? Went to Tire Discounter same day had 4 tires, balancing, and free front end alinement for $50 less , no problems with rims or lug nuts???? BAD REVIEW
