Finally, a supplement for the brain

I was excited to see that this product focuses on brain health. The one per day capsule makes it convenient to take. Will be taking this product for the remainder of my life. I'm 53 now.

Undecided on Continuing to Take It

I got the free seven-day sample in club and finally decided to take it this week now that I'm back to work after Christmas break. I think I have slept better this week...I don't think I've moved/rolled over in my sleep all week...just SOLID sleep. I don't think I have recognized any memory, focus, or concentration boosts or improvements...but I also haven't experienced any deterioration yet (I'm only 44). I'm not sure whether to keep up with it for the sleep benefits or go back to being aware of rolling around in my sleep.
