I love Shinola watches. This one was no different but for me the watch bands were much lighter than in the image.

DO NOT PURCHASE ! I RECEIVED TWO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IN SUCCESSION. REQUESTED A RETURN & REFUND. INSTEAD, I WAS SENT A THIRD WATCH!

Dead Battery

This watch came with the band in pieces. Had to take it to the jewelers to get a new band put on. He informed me to put a new battery in is a nightmare & it will have to be sent away to do that. To register the watch I couldn't see the number on the back. It's not worth the money. Buy a timex.

Arrived dead. Do better Sam's Club and Shinola! These are likely old inventory or returns from others.

I bought last month and it was not the right watch my husband requested. Tried to return it to no avail. I went into sam's club and was told they couldn't do anything and waited on hold all day. I just want to send it back but I am not getting any assistance.
