I just started taking this product to work on my inflammation. Excited to see what it does for me. So far so good, and I really like the taste!

I take one capsule in the morning another in the evening. It provides some relief to joint pain and promotes healing to inflamed areas

Have used the powder in my water and love the orange taste. Using the capsules 2 x a day. Really helps with my arthritic hands.
