I use the product once a day for aching knee. After a couple of days, the pain subsided. I now use Qunol daily for maintenance purposes.

Soft gel are large and hard to swallow. Just started to use and do not know how affected product is at this time.

It tastes good by itself,m the daily dose is very small and I felt better in 4 days! It has to be refrigerated, so it's not convenient for travel.

Each morning my husband and I look forward to drinking it. I believe it has the best absorption and tastes good too!
