My legs have been very tight and sore lately. My mom recommended this product and it has been helping.

2 gels a day for a couple of months now and my joints feel more flexible. I've also have less overall body pains.

I appreciate that this has a good taste and I can add it to my morning shake. Powdered turmeric is fairly overpowering and harsh.

Actually tastes good, works faster as a liquid. Using for older joints and pain, don't know yet if it works better or not.
